Terms of Service

By using Nashirly (ناشرلي), owned by Mithal Tech, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who may use this app?

Nashirly is available to individuals and businesses who wish to manage their social media accounts. Access is granted after review and approval by Mithal Tech. To request access, contact us at info@mithal.sa. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. What does the app allow?

Nashirly allows authorized users to:

  • Connect social media accounts (X, YouTube, Facebook — with Instagram and TikTok coming soon) via OAuth
  • Upload images and videos and publish or schedule them on those platforms

3. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you publish — it must comply with each platform's policies and applicable laws
  • Intellectual property rights — you must not publish content you do not have the right to share
  • Account credential security — you are responsible for keeping your app access confidential
  • No misuse — the app must not be used to publish misleading, harmful, or unlawful content

4. Limitations of liability

  • Mithal Tech is not responsible for any content published by users through the app
  • Mithal Tech is not responsible for decisions made by external platforms (account suspension, content rejection, etc.)
  • Mithal Tech is not responsible for any interruption in external platform services
  • No guarantees are made regarding service continuity or the absence of errors

5. Suspension of access

Mithal Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access in the event of:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Misuse of the app or linked platforms
  • End of the contractual relationship with Mithal Tech

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing through the app is subject to each connected platform's own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and the X Terms of Service. By using the YouTube features of the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. External platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time without liability to Mithal Tech.

7. Intellectual property

The app and all its components are the exclusive property of Mithal Tech. No right to copy, distribute, or modify the app is granted to users.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

9. Amendments

Mithal Tech reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
