Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Nashirly (ناشرلي) — owned by Mithal Tech — collects, uses, and protects your data.

1. Who uses this app?

Nashirly is available to individuals and businesses who wish to manage their social media accounts. Access is granted by request — contact info@mithal.sa and Mithal Tech will review and approve your request.

2. What data do we collect?

When connecting a social account (X, YouTube, or Facebook):

  • Access token and refresh token (OAuth) — to publish content on your behalf
  • Username, display name, and account ID — to identify the account in the interface

When uploading a media file (image or video):

  • The file itself, its original name, size, and type

When creating a post:

  • Title, caption, target platforms, and scheduled publish time

Operational data:

  • Internal operation logs (publish time, success or failure status)

3. How do we store and protect data?

  • OAuth tokens: Encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage — never stored in plain text
  • All other data: Stored in a local database on Mithal Tech's server
  • Access: Restricted to authorized Mithal Tech staff only

4. Who do we share data with?

We only share data with the platforms you choose to publish to:

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with any other party. There are no ads or tracking.

When the Instagram and TikTok integrations launch, the same model applies: only the content you choose to publish is sent, together with that account's access token, in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

5. How long do we keep data?

6. Your rights

  • Disconnect any linked account — access tokens are deleted immediately
  • Request deletion of all your data by contacting: info@mithal.sa
  • Request access to data stored about you
  • Use our Data Deletion page for all deletion options and to check the status of a deletion request

7. Google and YouTube data

Nashirly uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Nashirly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Nashirly's access to your Google data at any time via Google security settings.

8. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) data and deletion

We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. If you remove Nashirly from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove), Meta notifies us automatically: we immediately delete the related access tokens and connection data and issue a confirmation code you can verify on our Data Deletion page.

9. Authentication

Login is managed by Supabase. Nashirly does not store login credentials (email or password) in its own database.
