Data Deletion

You can remove the data Nashirly holds about you at any time. This page explains every option and lets you check the status of a deletion request.

Option 1 — Disconnect from your dashboard

Sign in, open your brand, and disconnect any connected platform account. Its access tokens are deactivated immediately and are no longer usable.

Option 2 — Remove Nashirly from Facebook

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove Nashirly directly from Facebook:

• Open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find Nashirly and click Remove.

Facebook then automatically notifies us, we delete the access tokens and connection data associated with your Facebook user, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code. You can enter that code below to check the status of your request.

Option 3 — Email us

info@mithal.sa — Email us from the address linked to your account and ask for full deletion. We will remove your account details, connected-account records, tokens, and any remaining media, and confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).
